Research interests
The meaning of professional agency in work-related learning is more and more called for. Thus, the employees and the leaders - as well as work communities and organizations are facing new demands for professional development and active agency in a tightened circumstances. As a member of a research groups (research projects: REAL, CREANCY, ALW-21, PROAGENT), the questions of professional agency, learning, emotions and creativity are investigated within the domains of education, health care and information technology. The research is carried out in close collaboration within the participating organizations. Besides the research provides more broadly new insights for the development and promotion of professional learning in work contexts for individuals and communities.
