General description
I am a specialist in student well-being, working within the Student Life team at our university. I provide counselling to students facing a range of well-being challenges and difficulties with their studies. Such issues may include difficulties with motivation to study, social challenges such as social anxiety or difficulties with social interaction, as well as mental well-being issues like anxiety and depression. Furthermore, I assist students with challenges related to executive functioning, for example by supporting time management and lifestyle habits that promote the ability to study. Additionally, I teach well-being skills to students as part of their orientation studies. I serve as the university's contact person for issues related to bullying and harassment, and I also develop and address suitability issues in the SORA fields. My duties also include promoting the staff's guidance skills in themes related to student well-being and supporting students' study abilities.
