Research interests

My research is related to phenomena in teaching and learning. In my work, I have examined teacher competences and their development as a continuum from the student selection phase through teacher education to the working life. Additionally, I am interested in the developmental trajectories of learning and motivation, especially in children and adolescents with behavioral difficulties. In my study, I aim to examine developmental processes, i.e., change and growth over the long term, using longitudinal data.
