Research interests
To identify novel strategies for prevention of herpes or parvovirus infections and for development of virus-mediated gene therapy, we study the mechanisms of virus interactions in the host cell nuclei. Nuclear processes manipulated by viral infection provide a model system for us to elucidate the structure and function of stressed cells.
